Today, as a member of the Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter), we celebrate the 11th German Diversity Day to express our appreciation for the diversity of all people in our society. At KERN Global Language Services, we recognize the immense importance of diversity and would like to use this occasion to celebrate the diversity of people around the world, their languages, and global communication.
Every day, we work together with the most diverse people to ensure the success of global communication and build bridges between people, cultures, and nations so that everyone can communicate with one another on equal footing. The languages of the world are a living expression of diversity. They are not only a means of communication but also a source of culture, knowledge, and mutual enrichment.
We believe that our strength lies in our differences. Collaboration among people of different origins, genders, sexual orientations, age groups, and abilities creates a creative and innovative work environment characterized by diverse perspectives.
Unfortunately, however, this is still not a given today! Therefore, it remains important to draw attention to this and to promote social justice and inclusion by ensuring that all people have the same opportunities to contribute their talents and abilities.
Together, we can build a better future in which every person has the same opportunities and where diversity is recognized as a source of inspiration and innovation.
