In recent years, digital services have been driven forward and new work models developed in order to meet the constantly changing and increasingly complex needs of customers. Following on from targeted further development and the introduction of cutting-edge technologies, KERN has been able to further strengthen its position. The improved use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and automated translation processes has all led to an increase in efficiency and an enhancement of quality. Moreover, services such as SEO and website translations were upgraded in order to support companies with globalisation and to help them reach new target audiences.

In 2022 the international language industry experienced only moderate growth as compared to the exceptional upswing of the previous year. The Nimdzi Top 100 surveys revealed that companies experienced slow growth during the first half of the year, followed by a strong second half of the year. The companies in the top 50 positions, including KERN Global Language Services, recorded the strongest growth.
