As part of the investigation, 48,996 judgements were collected on 482 companies and providers from 40 industries. The self-initiative survey was conducted via an online access panel between August and September 2024. Participants rated their overall satisfaction on a standardised scale from "extremely satisfied" (1) to "very dissatisfied" (7).
