As well as the staging of a football tournament between VfL Wolfsburg's partners, the event provided a unique platform for networking and exchanging ideas. It was a golden opportunity to forge new contacts and get to know the various partners and sponsors. The close collaboration with and the commitment of the entire VfL Wolfsburg team to their partnerships never cease to impress. Not only are KERN and VfL Wolfsburg linked by a successful partnership, but also by their pursuit of excellence and exceptional results.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the opportunity to play at VfL Wolfsburg's home stadium. Stepping onto the pitch of the stadium where the professionals of VfL Wolfsburg usually play was an unforgettable experience for all participants. During the tournament, the two representatives from KERN Global Language Services demonstrated their skills with an outstanding goal from Janis Korn (Project Manager at the Frankfurt headquarters) and an impressive save from Björn Gillmann (Regional Manager in Kassel). Gillmann was ultimately awarded the prize for the best save of the day and congratulated with autographed goalkeeper gloves from the current goalkeeper of VfL Wolfsburg. The award ceremony was conducted by former world champion and DFB Cup winner Pierre Littbarski.
All in all, the day of the VfL Wolfsburg Partner Cup was not only a sporting event, but also a fantastic opportunity to strengthen the partnership between KERN and VfL Wolfsburg and to celebrate mutual successes.
