An efficient translation process is an integral part of KERN’s customer-orientated project management. From sales planning to the maintenance of language databases, KERN project managers work in collaboration with you to prepare a detailed project plan.

At the start of a translation project an appropriate KERN project manager will be assigned to you and will keep you constantly informed about the status of your project. The project manager plans the project, assesses the costs and coordinates all other relevant aspects. They are responsible for the whole project and discuss individual project phrases regularly with the management of the language service.

Your designated project manager is also responsible for the coordination of the translation project with you, as well as our specialist translators, editors, graphic designers etc.
