Certified translations
KERN AG's certified translators create certified translations for presentation to authorities and courts. Thanks to the global branch network, KERN AG is able to certify documents for court procedures outside of Germany in a way which meets the legal requirements of the relevant country.
Appraisal of documents on-site, as well as compilation of glossaries
KERN language teams, made up of qualified translators and interpreters, are specialized in the appraisal and inspection of documents on-site and will work with you on every page to ensure that the relevant documents are prepared for a mandate. We will assist you in the compilation of a mandate-specific glossary of technical terms, so that consistent terminology is always used in your mandating documentation and affidavits.
Text capture
KERN AG captures German and foreign texts which are sent to us for example as digital data carriers (CD, DVD, Blu-ray disc), cassette, video or as documents. If desired, KERN AG can also certify translations from captured texts so that they can be presented to the court.
Interpreting
Our certified court interpreters interpret into two or more official languages at:
- Procedures in the German courts
- Meetings in advance of court proceedings and at witness accounts
- Police interviews
- Questionings, hearings, judicial and extra-judicial mediation
