portal4client™ - all contact partners at a glance

Alongside clicktranslate™, KERN AG has developed a further portal solution in the field of process management: portal4client™. This new web-based solution has been developed with the aim of optimizing order placement and communication, as well as document and translation management processes incorporating all the parties involved. Taking into consideration existing organizational structures, clients are able to save a considerable amount of both time and money as a result.

Simplified Order Placement

Basic functions include the ability to locate translation projects and numerous associated services such as proofreading, editing and DTP online via a customized login area and to search and filter an order overview according to various criteria, e.g. the current processing status or the client and KERN AG’s respective project managers.

 

In this way, you can manage current and completed translation projects very easily and release projects for processing by KERN AG.

Effective Document Management

In addition, portal4client™ facilitates the exchange, storage, management and reuse of documents within a project. Similar to a conventional hard drive, the documents for each project can be organized, structured and managed in online folders.

Local and International Communication - all Contact Partners at a Glance

Has your contact partner changed during the course of your project due to illness, vacation etc.? No problem – the contact partner responsible for the project on the client side as well as the name and specification of a project can of course subsequently be changed. For this purpose an overview of all the employees in your company with access to portal4client™ is available. In addition you can call up the contact details of your contact partner at KERN AG with a click of the mouse and in case of questions contact them directly by e-mail.

The optimum handling of your translation requirements generally involves individual solutions. For regular clients, secure access to portal4client™ can be individually configured. Thus KERN AG provides a further tailor-made portal solution, through which your transaction and administrative costs can be considerably reduced.
