The rights to use the interpretation must be assigned by our interpreter(s) in advance if the interpreting service is to be used on a sound carrier, on the Internet (streaming-video, podcasts, etc.), on television or on the radio.
A separate agreement and fee must be settled with our interpreter in order to obtain the copyright to the interpreting service. Only then can the interpreting service be recorded and used again on all playback media.
We would be happy to offer you advice on your requirements and take care of the assignment of rights for your interpreting project. Please bear in mind that the rights to use the interpretation should always be settled well in advance of your interpreting event.
